Implement an 8-week structured social-emotional learning course designed to help young women develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthy coping strategies.
This course will focus on recognizing triggers, managing stress, building confidence, and fostering positive relationships. Sessions will include guided discussions, interactive activities, and practical techniques such as mindfulness, journaling, and communication skills to support overall mental wellness.

Career Exploration Program
Offer a specialized career readiness program that aligns with the individual interests of each mentee.
Participants will explore various career fields through workshops, guest speakers, and hands-on experiences, while gaining essential skills such as resume building, interview preparation, and professional etiquette.

Leadership Development Opportunities
Create intentional opportunities for mentees to develop leadership skills by serving in roles such as peer mentors, event organizers, and project leaders.
